General conditions of sales

All orders placed on this site following the validation of mandatory terms and conditions listed below, requires you to accept them.

These terms and conditions set out rights and obligations of the parties under a system of distance selling. They apply to all orders placed on fpv4ever who reserves the right to make changes. These changes will be listed on the site and applied only on new orders.


Checkout

According to the law of 13 March 2000 on electronic signature, all orders signed by the buyer clicking on "Submit Order" constitutes a firm and final acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale. This electronic signature has the same value as a handwritten signature by both parties.

The seller only has the option to cancel the order if it is validated. All orders are confirmed via email to the address supplied when creating the account of the buyer.

For large orders in terms of quantity or price, fpv4ever reserves the right to ask the buyer to the additional documentary evidence before confirmation and shipment of products to order. For all orders over 400 euros, the payment by bank transfer is required.

Duration of validity of the offer and its price

The validity of the offer and the price of it is a free day. The prices displayed are guaranteed by the site during the day.

Product Availability

The order is sent the same day or the day after receipt of payment.

In case of unavailability of the product, we are committed to deliver within 30 days.
In case of delay of more than 7 days past the deadline, the client may request cancellation of the order by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. We will refund within a maximum of 30 days.

If a product is out of stock, we notify you by email and ship the rest of your order at our expense unless otherwise-cons from you.

Terms of Payment

The prices of our products are in euros. All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros.

The products are always billed on the basis of rates in effect at the time
Registration of order. Payments are authorized: credit card, bank transfer, bank check and Paypal. Any costs of transfers shall be borne by the buyer.

The customer is solely responsible for the payment of the purchased product.

In case of rejection of payment by the bank, fpv4ever reserves the right to suspend and cancel the order.

The credit card payment is made on a secure server.
For security, no banking information concerning you is transmitted through the site fpv4ever.com or its subdomains. The order is registered and validated upon acceptance of payment by your bank.

Goods ordered will be delivered after full payment of the order. No motive can justify non-payment of outstanding debt. By law number 92-1442 of 31 December 1992 (Article 3-1) any amount not paid or payment rejected by the seller's bank will result in the payment of interest (2 times the legal interest rate applicable to the date of payment of the debt).

Any order filled and delivered results in an invoice. Only the invoice from the buyer fpv4ever prevail in litigation. Fpv4ever SARL, exempt from registration in the trade and companies (SCR), and phone trades (RM) "(SIRET 521 846 261 0001 9) owns the website fpv4ever


Shipping Terms

The products are delivered to the delivery address when ordering. However, for reasons of package tracking, we are unable to deliver the orders in areas and military bases as well as relay points Cityssimo. Fpv4ever fails to deliver in certain countries. Please contact us if in doubt.

For shipments outside the area Metropolitan France, the additional shipping costs will be
applied according to the postal rates in effect at the date of delivery. Packages to meet the standards of shipments of the post, for any large parcels fpv4ever inform the client of the rules by email.

Delivery delays

Orders are delivered by post or courier depending on the nature, weight and value of the product ordered. The choice of shipping mode is initiated by fpv4ever except where otherwise the client choice that should be mentioned in the comments area when ordering.

Disclaimer

In case of force majeure, natural disasters, attacks, postal strike or
carriers, loss of packages in the mail, fpv4ever can not be held responsible
non-performance of contract of sale.

The customer is solely responsible for selecting and purchasing the product. The total or partial inability
using this product especially if it is incompatible with their equipment does not give rise to any
compensation or refund. Fpv4ever can not be held responsible for damage to customer equipment by the use of products sold and any use outside the product specifications.

Right of withdrawal

To retract the purchaser has a statutory period of 7 working days (Article L121-20 et seq) after the date of receipt of order.

Transportation

Upon receipt of the package, it is the customer to check the status and content of its order and to report immediately to the Post (or carrier) any abnormality. The transportation is always the risk of the recipient. No further claims will be taken into account if the purchaser does not comply with these procedures.


Warranties

Every product has a manufacturer's statutory warranty. Fpv4ever does the product warranty only as agent of the distributor or manufacturer of the product.

The warranty does not cover:

• Products physically damaged or burnt
• An abnormal use or mishandling
• The modified products, injured, or damaged during transit
• The consumables (batteries, glue ...)
• Products used or welded (camera, transmitter, microphone, regulators ...)

Warranty parts is 3 months.

"Computer and Freedoms" law

You have a right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you (Article 34 of the law "Informatique et Libertés" of January 6, 1978).
